Silent Revision: a versioned corpus of frontier AI safety frameworks and their revision accounts

Counts differ because each database indexes a different set of publications. We treat OpenAlex as the canonical count; Google Scholar is not shown (no API, and crawling it violates its ToS).

Corpus, codebook, coding sheets and analysis scripts accompanying "Silent Revision: Measuring Undisclosed Change in the Safety Frameworks of Frontier AI Developers" (arXiv:2609.08789). Contents: 52 manifest rows across twelve providers, comprising 43 framework versions and 9 companion documents, each hash-pinned; every provider revision account; the frozen codebook v0.2; the 710-row coding sheet with first-pass and adjudicated codes; the second-coder sample and agreement script; and the analysis scripts that reproduce every statistic in the paper. Inter-coder agreement is not yet reported and is the study's binding limitation. The sample and script are included so that any reader can complete it.
