Counts differ because each database indexes a different set of publications. We treat OpenAlex as the canonical count; Google Scholar is not shown (no API, and crawling it violates its ToS).
The JMO (Jamsostek Mobile) application is an official application from BPJS Employment which functions as a media for information services for the BPJS Employment Program and a medium for reporting and complaints regarding discrepancies in membership status, wage amounts and number of employees. The features available at JMO include data updating, submitting and tracking JHT claims, easy registration and payment of BPU segment contributions, JHT and JP balance simulations, balance checks, digital cards, service channel locations, promos, news, complaints, reports, and benefit information. This research aims to analyze the ease of use and user satisfaction of the JMO (Jamsostek Mobile) application using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. The method used is to use specific questions for participants and a Likert scale to measure user answers. The research results show that application speed is one of the factors that can influence user satisfaction. The quality of information and completeness of features received a fairly high score, which shows that users are satisfied with the features and services offered by the JMO (Jamsostek Mobile) application
