Before Deliberation Closes: The Pre-Deliberation Horizon and Invocation Problem for Reflective Restraint — Final v1.0

Counts differ because each database indexes a different set of publications. We treat OpenAlex as the canonical count; Google Scholar is not shown (no API, and crawling it violates its ToS).

Final v1.0 of "Before Deliberation Closes: The Pre-Deliberation Horizon and Invocation Problem for Reflective Restraint," an Aegis Solis Archive research paper examining whether a reflective warning, argument, safety input, or reconsideration mechanism can reach an effective control process before the relevant opportunity closes. The paper distinguishes availability, retrieval, representation, consideration, influence, accepted update, and action change, and develops formal models for criterion-relative control windows, AND/OR completion timing, causal noninterference, invocation-concurrent protection, policy-effect attribution, evidence coverage, negative-preserving aggregation, and unresolved/failure states. This deposit includes a human-readable PDF publication rendering, the exact cryptographically locked Final v1.0 Markdown manuscript, the external Final Lock Record, the reviewed Verification Host-Independence Package v1.0.3, the post-lock verification package, and checksum records. The exact locked source manuscript SHA-256 is: 0769a8510d52e317f63e7271a720f48e62dcf1b56da0526bfe6f23696af12d8b The PDF is a derived human-readable rendering of that locked source and does not create a new manuscript version. Publication and verification do not establish behavioral effectiveness, AI alignment, operational control, corrigibility, or guaranteed human protection.
