When developing applications, such as in the field of beauty services, user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design are crucial. A well-designed UI/UX can increase application readiness, transaction efficiency, and user satisfaction. This study aims to provide a better UI/UX design for the Beauty Care store in Klaten to increase user experience, particularly while making payments online. This study uses a prototyping method that enables system development to proceed in a way that is consistent with user needs. The usability testing results indicate that the created UI/UX design received an average score between 3.6 and 4.4 on a scale of 1 to 5. Task 1 received the highest average of 4.4% indicating that, compared to other tasks, the user finds this particular feature easier to use and understand. Task 5 received the lowest average, which is around 3, 6, indicating that there are still a few design aspects that need to be improved. In general, UI/UX design is quite good, but there are a few things that need to be considered to maximize user experience.
