Counts differ because each database indexes a different set of publications. We treat OpenAlex as the canonical count; Google Scholar is not shown (no API, and crawling it violates its ToS).
Over the past three months, while using Google AI Mode, Gemini, and ChatGPT for word explanations, short writing, ordinary conversations, working papers, and other tasks, I collected questions that arose from my own experience and organized them with the help of ChatGPT. I ended this work at the point when I used AI to compare the ideas with existing literature. The reason is that this paper is an exercise in drawing out my ideas, not an exercise in establishing or strengthening claims of originality. A note for Version02,. The version02 is an academic rewriting of Version 01 of Human->AI->THEN: From the Flow of Knowledge in the AI Era Back to “I Know.” In this Version 02 I develops the argument with a particular focus on the location of knowing, access, and the Human-AI Formation Cycle.
