RNF-AI-SAFETY-2026 V2.0 Blueprint: The Physical AI Off-Switch for Human Sovereignty by Philip Liani Sinoya (ORCID: 0009-0007-8179-2810). This blueprint proposes a low-cost, decentralized physical hardware breaker system — codenamed WACHA84V — to definitively safeguard human sovereignty over artificial intelligence systems. By interposing an un-bypassable manual toggle directly into the analog power and data paths of critical peripherals (cameras, microphones, AI core units), the framework enforces deterministic human control. Architected for local ownership and manufacturing in low-resource environments such as Webuye, Kenya, this open-source design targets a production cost below 3 USD.
