TCSG Source Log v1.3: source register, claim ledger and verification status (companion to the TCSG whitepaper)

Counts differ because each database indexes a different set of publications. We treat OpenAlex as the canonical count; Google Scholar is not shown (no API, and crawling it violates its ToS).

Companion to my preprint "Total Cost per Successful Goal (TCSG): A dual-axis reporting framework for the environmental and human cost of AI-assisted work" (Record A). In this log I list every source the paper cites, with the date I checked it, the location, what the paper uses it for, and a verification status: Verified (checked against the primary page or downloaded PDF), Carried (taken from my project files), Verified locally (read from my pilot folder) and Derived (computed by me, with the arithmetic shown). It also holds the claim ledger, the changes I made from the first draft during checking, and my open items. It records what I checked and how; it does not certify the sources' own accuracy.
