Reproducibility materials for “Policy-Aware Sparse Attributed Subgraph Reconstruction for PCAP-Derived IoT Communication Graphs.” This repository contains the code, configuration files, dataset-processing and split manifests, experimental outputs, and evaluation scripts required to reproduce the reported GraphVAE experiments. It includes deterministic policy-label construction, grouped and capture-level evaluations, ablation and sensitivity analyses, structural and policy-label metrics, unconditional-generation evaluation, and external MedBIoT testing. The archive also provides experiment provenance, random seeds, selected thresholds, and supporting outputs used to generate the manuscript results.
