Counts differ because each database indexes a different set of publications. We treat OpenAlex as the canonical count; Google Scholar is not shown (no API, and crawling it violates its ToS).
The high level of competition in the internet service industry requires companies to maintain retention activity records that can be traced and validated. The previously used monitoring visit process, which relied on Google Forms, resulted in customer visit data, documentation, location, history, and reports not being integrated into a single system. This study aims to design a web-based Customer Retention Visit Monitoring System (Anti-Churn) with Global Positioning System (GPS) integration. The system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method through the stages of Requirement Planning, User Design, Construction, and Cutover, with requirements gathered through observation, interviews, and literature review. The system was built using PHP, CodeIgniter 3, MySQL, and GPS to record and validate visit coordinates. The implementation results show the integration of customer, officer, visit, evidence, history, and report data. Black Box Testing of 17 scenarios produced 17 valid scenarios, or a 100% functional success rate, including coordinate retrieval, notifications when GPS is inactive, and rejection of location validation outside the specified area. These results indicate that the system functions in accordance with the tested scenarios, without measuring customer churn reduction.
