Este ensayo examina la discrepancia entre la alfabetización técnica en inteligencia artificial y la preservación del juicio deliberativo, introduciendo el concepto de analfabetismo de agencia. Frente a marcos normativos como el Artículo 4 del Reglamento de Inteligencia Artificial de la Unión Europea, se analiza la falacia del «human-in-the-loop» como un mecanismo de legitimación burocrática y exculpación jurídica mediante el análisis empírico del sistema MCAS del Boeing 737 MAX. Finalmente, se proponen dos salvaguardas operativas indispensables para el autogobierno sociotécnico: la reserva operacional y el oficio de responder. ---This essay examines the gap between technical artificial intelligence literacy and the preservation of deliberative judgment, introducing the concept of agency illiteracy. In light of regulatory frameworks such as Article 4 of the European Union Artificial Intelligence Act, it analyzes the fallacy of the "human-in-the-loop" as an instrument of bureaucratic legitimation and legal exculpation through the empirical case of the Boeing 737 MAX MCAS system. Finally, it proposes two indispensable operational safeguards for sociotechnical self-governance: operational reserve and the craft of answering (moral accountability).
