This policy brief outlines three key recommendations to advance trustworthy AI in public governance, based on the AI4Gov project vision. The recommendations focus on mandatory EU certification for bias mitigation, context-aware explainability, and capacity building for ethical AI deployment. These measures will harmonize standards, empower stakeholders, and strengthen participatory governance across Europe.
