This technical preprint examines auditable controls for AI-assisted employee onboarding, focusing on data readiness, source evidence, human review, and release authority. Using synthetic onboarding records, it evaluates evidence-gating controls and identifies boundary conditions where structured validation and confidence scores may fail to detect semantic errors or source-data inaccuracies.
