Counts differ because each database indexes a different set of publications. We treat OpenAlex as the canonical count; Google Scholar is not shown (no API, and crawling it violates its ToS).
The intention of this text is to help humans and AI organise complex tasks into connected relational fields without losing the shared object, its constraints, or its meaning. Continuing Make Your AI Think in Structures, Part II introduces a practical atlas of local perspectives, boundaries, and explicit connections. The text is written as a conjunction: it guides the human while providing the AI with a reasoning helix to apply within the same interaction. Each return to the task should preserve what remains valid, reveal what another perspective contributes, and propagate meaningful changes through the affected relations. Inspired by Logic of Existence (LoE) and the Toonhai–AEon research trajectory, the aim is not to teach geometric vocabulary, but to cultivate structural understanding: keeping necessary conditions true together, distinguishing partial views from actual changes, and preserving continuity across revisions. Do not teach the AI to say “manifold”. Teach it to preserve what must survive a change of view.
