Penerapan Metode User-Centered Design dalam Pengembangan Fitur Agregator Beasiswa Terintegrasi Pada Website Universitas Satya Negara Indonesia

Scholarship information is one of the essential resources needed by university students to obtain financial support during their studies. However, scholarship information is often distributed across various platforms, making it difficult for students to access complete, centralized, and up-to-date information. In addition, the Universitas Satya Negara Indonesia Website does not yet provide a feature that integrates scholarship information into a single platform. This study aims to design a scholarship aggregator feature prototype for the Universitas Satya Negara Indonesia Website to facilitate students in accessing scholarship information. This study employed the User Centered Design (UCD) method, which emphasizes user needs through the stages of Understand Context of Use, Specify User Requirements, Design Solutions, and Evaluate Against Requirements. The prototype was designed using Figma and evaluated through Usability Testing and the System Usability Scale (SUS) involving students of Universitas Satya Negara Indonesia as respondents. The results indicate that the proposed scholarship aggregator feature prototype is acceptable to users based on the usability evaluation. Furthermore, the evaluation demonstrates that the prototype can assist users in accessing scholarship information more easily and may serve as a reference for future development of the scholarship aggregator feature on the Universitas Satya Negara Indonesia Website.
