The concept of AI knowledge has recently become a global trend. Therefore, for Taiwanese companies and employees, cultivating the willingness to use AI tools and practicing good creativity in a rapidly changing environment has become an important issue for enterprises. This study mainly explores the respective causes and effects of shared leadership, psychological confidence, and willingness to use AI tools among employees and considers employees of high-tech enterprises in Taiwan as relevant subjects. Data were derived from 119 respondents working in high-tech enterprises in Tainan Science Park, Taiwan. The results of this study indicated that shared leadership has significant effects on psychological confidence and willingness to use AI tools. Meanwhile, shared leadership can promote willingness to use AI tools through psychological confidence. High-tech enterprises must exert successful leadership behaviors to accelerate the process of willingness to use AI tools by helping employees develop a higher degree of psychological confidence.
