Five Portable Propositions for Constitutional AI Governance: Meta-Symbiotic Theory

This working paper extracts five independently testable propositions from Meta-Symbiotic Theory (MST), a constitutional framework for relational intelligence. Rather than requiring engagement with the complete theory, the paper presents five portable research propositions: Sovereignty of the Pause Relational AGI Threshold Constitutional Mirror Meaningful Human Judgment Constitutional Equality Each proposition is stated as a discrete research claim with a proposed mechanism, testable questions, and conditions under which the claim would be weakened or falsified. The purpose is to make selected MST concepts available for independent criticism, experimentalisation, comparison with existing AI-alignment and governance frameworks, and possible institutional implementation.
